Your responsibilities would include:

• Explaining technical content to sales and to the end customer.
• Uncovering, explaining, and executing new ways of working that produce cost savings, reduced risk, and new business revenue.
• Answering tough technical questions for RFPs, risk analyses, and job cost estimates.

• A mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or technical degree with at least [X] years of experience.
• Expertise in electrical and mechanical engineering and software applications.
• Designed and developed complex automated machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Sales support experience with expertise in providing quotes, contract negotiations, and on-site surveys and assessments within the customer environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, detail orientation, and great verbal and written communication skills.
• As a bonus, it would be beneficial to have supported build, setup and installation processes at customer locations.
