- Provide support to Field sales relating to leads, quotes and orders
- Provide high quality service for incoming and outbound calls from customers and prospects related to leads, quotes or orders
- Leads registration, qualification and distribution
- Selected quote creation, follow-up, revision and closing
- Nurturing of high-value leads and high-potential dormant customers
- Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads
- Customer prospecting by on demand lead generation
- Demonstrate customer benefits by understanding and providing simple technical solution to customer requirements.
- Able to resolve basic product problems faced by the customers
- Advocate key MT values to customers
- A Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent (desired but not required)
- High level of enthusiasm
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent customer service skills - listening and communication skills.
- A working understanding of the weighing industry (desired but not required)
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player.
- Excellent ability with web and electronic tools.
